Airtronics Stylus 8Ch 2.4GHz transmitter. This transmitter can be programmed for either Aero, Glider or Heli functions or any combination of these. This transmitter can be programmed to have up to all eight channels in full proportional mode if desired.

Or any combination of proportional, dual position and triple position switches. Besides the sticks there are, 2x twist knobs, 2x slide pots, 3x three-position switches, 4x two-position switches and 1x momentary on switch, which can be either programmed for a function (Gun sound for example). Transmitter has new 3S2P 18650 Panasonic 4400MAh 11.1V LiIon battery pack installed internally and charger is included. Also included is 8ch receiver. Transmitter is in perfect shape cosmetically.

I built three of these for myself and that is one or maybe even two more than I really need. Complete manual PDF format on CD will be provided with radio.

I did convert all three of mine to 2.4GHz DSSS modulation and I love it. It is a very attractive conversion unlike the expensive conversion kit previously offered by Airtronics, and conversion works very well. Standard servos with universal plugs JR, Futaba HiTec, Airtronics-Z, Etc.

Are compatible with these receivers. One additional conversion is the Lithium battery used for internal clock and memory, has been replaced.

I found that they go bad about every 2-3 years and it is a real pain or expense to replace if you can't do it yourself (you must pull most of the guts and you lose all programming you have already done). The battery was replaced with a 1000MAh Li-Ion prismatic cell that can be recharged through the battery door. No more than once a year is adequate or once every two years. Little red JST plug for charging it is visible in the open door picture.

I have flown this radio for 10 hours straight before considering a charge. Power meter is good indicator But radio also has voltage indication on main screen.
