This HDMI support audio format include: LPCM2.0/48KHZ/16Bit. If your hdmi signal source is 5.

/dolby or other audio format, there will be no sound. Only has Sound, No Picture. Pls try to connect hdmi cable again or change the hdmi cable(maybe there is something wrong in hdmi cable). Pls make sure hdmi source output resolution is 1080p/60HZ.

Transmission Distance will be varied due to the environment. Wall, bricks or glass will shorten the signal cover range or cause significant signal loss.
