The radio looks to have been unused. I have other setups for my vehicles and I`m sure someone out there is looking for one. My PE-97 & Battery substitute are not for sale. A lot of good folks out there have supplied plenty of info online regarding powering up these units.
TM manuals are available for free download online. Comes with the two Crystals as seen in the pics. These are correct #243 crystals for the radio that also fall within the specified channel range. Both crystals have been preset according to proper procedure. I strongly advise anyone to check with FCC regulations if you plan on operating one of these.
