RT-823/ARC-131 Radio Receiver-Transmitter for UH-1 Huey. Vietnam War-era RT-823/ARC-131 Radio Tranceiver as used in US military aircraft. The Helicopter Conservancy is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization engaged in the preservation of helicopter history. We are staffed entirely by volunteers, and all proceeds from our online sales go to support our charitable work, which includes restoration of helicopters for public display, an oral history program focused on veterans, and publication of veterans' accounts in our newsletter, all of which we provide to the public at no charge.

From time to time we find ourselves with surplus helicopter parts and equipment that we list online to help support our mission. We do our best to describe each item fully and accurately and will provide written records whenever records are available, but please keep in mind that the vast majority of the items we list for sale are used and the details of their history are not always known to us. For this reason, we strongly recommend inspection by an FAA-certified entity of any aircraft part before it is installed in an aircraft intended for flight.

No separate terms or conditions may introduced by either party with respect to this sale. Should any portion of these terms of sale be determined to be invalid, the balance will remain in force.

While we describe each item to the best of our ability, we cannot confirm or provide guidance on the airworthiness of any aircraft or aircraft part, nor can we provide testing or an airworthiness certification. Such determinations must be made by an FAA-certified inspector or facility.

I also understand that US law prohibits sale of this item to persons not meeting this description. 3 I will comply with US law by not exporting this item from the United States without due authorization of the US Federal Government, nor will I transfer it to a non-US citizen or foreign agent residing in the US, nor will I transfer it to a person identified in the denied persons lists maintained by the US Department of Commerce and Department of State, nor to any entity identified in other debarment lists maintained by other US governmental agencies.
