This is an item I personally own but I never used. So consider it second hand but everything is still packaged. Priced way below retail, thus the reason I've been getting nasty messages from the company to remove this item. The representative even says he'll report this as fake so I have to take it down. I thought maybe my sister in the travel guide business could use it but she doesn't do tours and doesn't want to.
