LED of them will stays on blue. If transmitter do not pair, please press the button of the transmitter untill LED off.

And then press until on, they will pair automatically. If receivers do not pair, please press the button of both transmitter and the falshing receiver untill LED off. If it still do not work, please open the back of transmitter as video shown.
